Welcome to 2022: Introducing Contract Generation

Welcome to 2022: Introducing Contract GenerationGaurav Oberoi
Chief Executive Officer, Founder

2021 was an incredible year for Lexion. We tripled our customer base, doubled our team, and expanded our product from an intelligent contract repository to an end-to-end hub for in-house legal teams.

Dozens of our customers wrote and called in to tell us how Lexion helped them scale their teams, reduce busy work, and speed up deals, all while earning trust with their stakeholders. Our mission is to make legal teams highly productive and happy, and seeing our customers succeed in their careers was heartwarming for me.

Best of all, our team and their families stayed healthy and safe through another year of the pandemic, and found ways to build a community and culture where team members thrive and grow.

2022 has just begun, and we are already rolling out some incredible new features to help you do your jobs. Read on to learn about Contract Generation, and stay tuned for more incredible announcements.

I am truly thankful for your support and trust. Please let me know if there are more ways we can make Lexion even better.

New! Lexion Contract Generation

See how Contract Generation works in 20 seconds.

Your team is busy balancing customer contract reviews, NDA requests, changing compliance regulations, and so much more. The last thing you need is to spend time tediously filling out contract templates with party names, dates, and more. This is why we are excited to announce that we have added Contract Generation (“Contract Gen”) functionality to our Workflow product.

Contract Gen auto-generates contracts with relevant information, saving you time and mistakes, and speeding up contracting.

Upload any template into Lexion and associate any field (counterparty, effective date, governing law, etc.) to automatically be pulled from the contract request into the drafted agreement, with no work from you after the initial setup.

All you need to do is put brackets around the field you want auto-populated, the person requesting the contract will then fill out in the relevant information in the intake form, and we’ll turn this:

Contract gen 1
Into this:
Contract gen 2
